I have always been interested in hearing and had contact with the Deaf Community as a child. I “discovered” the field of audiology while studying biology at Queen’s University. I was hooked on “the ear” and decided to become an audiologist. I graduated from UWO in 1981 and still love my job. I get to help people hear!
My greatest reward is working with hearing impaired children. I have had the privilege of watching many grow up and succeed. A close second is that my son, Sean, decided to become an audiologist and joined us in 2010.
