We recommend that adults wearing hearing aids should have a full annual assessment. This includes a hearing test, cleaning and maintenance of the hearing aid(s), testing of the hearing aids and reprogramming if indicated.

Hearing impaired infants, toddlers, and school-aged children should be assessed every 6 months.
